how to be a healthy life sytle

How I stay healthy is by eating healthy food and drinking water and being fit always.  Exercising at home with my brother doing stretches. Also running outside of my house and getting a  good night sleep. Having breakfast to be strong everyday so I can get to school on time to learn. Playing sport at school so I can get trophies to be a happy girl and to have a happy lifestyle.  I can be healthy every single day to be strong and happy.
