Task Description:

We had to read this article. This article was really short and didn't have much detail so we had to re-write the news article using more descriptive words and detail. We had to make sure it was in our own words.

My Writing:

On a highway in northern territory near the town of Humpty Doo, a snake was found by the side of the road.

The snake was found by some rangers driving past when they saw the snake.

The snake and the rangers were 35km away from Darwin. so the rangers wanted to see what the snake was like. so they looked throughout the snake to see what was fascinating about it.

 The snake was three months old and was 40cm long. The snake 

even had three eyes, one eye on the top right, one on the top left hand side and one more at the bottom of the right hand side. The snake was Facebook famous from the photographs and pics that the rangers took of it. The snake even got thousands of likes and comments on Facebook.
